Ms. Louie, a recent addition to SeaBridge Investment Advisors in early 2006, previously worked at The Prudential Insurance Company of America from 1978 through 2002 in a variety of positions including:  Chief of Staff to the Chief Marketing Officer of Individual Life Insurance; Vice President, Investor Relations; Director of Marketing in Prudential’s Life Insurance brokerage operation; Investment Manager in Prudential Asset Sales and Syndications; and Manager, Strategic Planning in Prudential Capital.

At SeaBridge, Ms. Louie analyzes and executes business initiatives and has trading and compliance responsibilities.  May graduated Summa Cum Laude from Barnard College in 1976 and has a Master of Arts and a Master of Education degree from Columbia University.  She is also a Fellow of the Life Management Institute.
