Nicole serves as a Managing Director of SeaBridge Investment Advisors and holds the dual roles of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. In these capacities, she oversees the firm's business operations, technology, and compliance program, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to regulatory standards.

Nicole joined SeaBridge in 2004 as an Operations Associate, where she was responsible for client service, accounting and reporting, and marketing production. She has since progressed to her current leadership role.

Nicole holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from Drew University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude. She earned an MBA in Finance from New York University. Her background in psychology and finance supports her operational and compliance leadership.
